How it Works

I wish I could tell you that it works by having you sit back and relax, while I put in all of the work, but unfortunately, it does not. 

Once you're ready to start this journey, you'll book a consultation with me. Before the consultation, I will email a Trip Questionnaire for you to fill out. This questionnaire will cover the basic information I need for any vacation, such as destination, dates, budget, must-haves, must-avoids, etc. This is to make sure that I am the right fit to plan the trip you're hoping to have, and it helps me get to know you a little better. For instance, I'm not going to plan a trip for someone to go kayaking, horseback riding, and camping when they'd prefer to hang out in a hotel spa, drinking wine. During the consultation, we'll go over your questionnaire responses to make sure we have every detail covered. 

After our consultation, I'll begin the planning aspect. Once I have your itinerary set, we will meet once more to discuss what I have planned so far and make adjustments if needed. This is YOUR trip, and I want to make sure you get exactly what you're wanting out of it! I will also go over what needs to be booked during this trip. Should you choose to book accommodations, activities, or reservations yourself, I will get you a list of my personal recommendations. If you choose to have me handle the bookings, then I will discuss the options with you before I make the purchase. I will never book anything without your approval. 

Once everything has been planned, we will plan to meet 1-2 weeks prior to your trip to go over any last-minute details, questions, or back-up plans. I want to make sure you are as prepared as humanely possible! After this, we will say Au Revoir and I'll hope to see many pictures from your trip!
